When deleting a plot in region view, the URL does not update to reflect this change #70
Description
After adding one or more plots in region view, hitting the red X in the upper right corner of a plot removes it from the page, but the URL does not update to reflect this.
Fixing this bug will mean updating the URL when plots are removed, with a caveat:
If an anchor (reference study/tissue/gene) plot is removed, then the Study/Tissue/Gene of the next plot will need to become the new anchors (references), requiring a new URL to reflect this change.
How to test:
- Add one or more plots in region view, then remove a plot. Copy the updated URL and open it in a separate window to confirm that it generates the same plot as the original window.
- As a part of this test, remove the top (anchor) plot and confirm that the resulting URL generates the same resulting plot.
