Incompatible with prost

I'm trying to use this to ignore a field I was previously ignoring with derivative, but this library doesn't seem to support it properly. My use case is ignoring the data field of a prost-generated message, namely pub data: ::debug_ignore::DebugIgnore<::prost::bytes::Bytes>. Doing this gets the error:

Thanks for the issue. Unfortunately I don't think this library can do anything about that -- with Rust there isn't a way to be generic over third-party traits like you're expecting.

I'd consider generating the Debug impl manually as part of the proc macro, since you're already inside a proc macro (I think).
