Improve clarity for dates on library cards

List view only contains one unlabelled date bottom right, i assume it is "submitted at" but first time visitors won't know.

Suggestion: remove from list mode and only show in details mode with label

Detail view shows an extra row with "Last updated" and "Created" from github?

But the data doesn't seem to be correct all of the time, eg https://sveltesociety.dev/library/evanleck-vim-svelte-9e5995c37f8d67ac displays Last updated Oct. 23 2025 but last github commit is from May 30. (https://github.com/evanleck/vim-svelte/commits/main/)

Suggestion:

• add labels that show they relate to github or merge with the row above that also relates to github
• add latest published npm version and date
