Harmonizing expected behavior for displaying content and/or replies/likes/etc from closed accounts/tombstones

This may sound off-topic at first blush but I think it's important to have this somewhat underdiscussed corner-case clearly defined so that expected behavior for content/sideeffects from "moved actors" can be meaningfully distinguished!
