Plugins with a dropdown for functionality

Hey, I dont like the idea of having 10 keybindings for a plugin for all sorts of functionality. I mean its convenient when you are used to it. Apart from having it, maybe there can be a "help" sort of popup(just like O one, or similar), which presents all operations to do.

You can have that as a keybinding as say b,h for bookmark help. For anyone interested in having keybindings, they can do that too. What do you think? This can be very inconvenient for new users who are not too comfortable with new keybindings or want only limited sane combinations in their memory.

Command palette with fuzzy search would be helpful.
There is a plugin (https://github.com/Mr-Ples/command-palette.yazi), but the author warns it is completely vibe coded.

I would help a lot with Yazi adoption. As a new user I often press F1 and try to find the action and its keys… and it completely breaks the flow. A command palette with a fuzzy search would be a blessing. It would definitely help me to memorize the key bindings too whe the keys are displayed along, judging from my experience with editors having this option.

This is already supported with ya.which() that allows the plugin to popup a set of available key/functionality combinations for the user to choose from, mount.yazi is an example of doing so, which has only one keybinding M and the rest actions are handled by the plugin itself.

If you have more nuanced needs for the UI, with #2205, you can create custom modal components to leverage all of Yazi's layout APIs to draw any UI you want, even supporting mouse events.
