I noticed that after I changed the units on my Pinecil to Fahrenheit, all of the sensors stayed correct except "Set Temperature". My HA system units are Fahrenheit and it looks like it's essentially getting converted twice (guessing the published values were updated to Fahrenheit but still labelled as Celsius, so HA 'converts' it again to Fahrenheit). I deleted the integration and started over with the same result. Switching the units on the Pinecil back to Celsius and it was correct again.
