ADB Detection Only at startup #137

Describe the bug
If I open the app with adb enabled, it is detected. However, if I enable adb after the app is launched, it is not detected.
To Reproduce
Open the app with adb disabled, and enable it after the app have launched.
Expected behavior
Can detect adb anytime while the app is running
