添加一个删除常见转发类请求头的选项，允许管理员设置全局/按渠道设置，开启后gpt-load会自动删除X-Forwarded-For/CF-Connecting-IP/...等会暴露上游ip/易被针对性识别的header

应用场景 / Use Case

有很多站点使用cdn，前置nginx自动加上的X-Forwarded-For header容易被判定为恶意请求主动拦截，经过cloudflare时加上的有关header会向上游泄露gpt-load有关域名以及客户端ip，而针对每个渠道手动配置header删除过于繁琐

这个已经在使用了，但是一是每个渠道都要手动添加，比较繁琐，二是很多人都没有注意到gpt-load会转发这些header，算是潜在的安全风险

同求，之前就发现gptl转发hrader之类信息，求大佬更新下这个功能，并且让gptl可以强制走它的ip出口
