Form Builder issue (Field Types)?

I’m currently working on a form using the Form Builder and noticed that the field types Radio, Checkbox, and Select are not working – they don’t show up in the form at all. All the other field types work fine and are displayed correctly.
Can anyone confirm if they’re experiencing the same issue?

I was able to resolve the issue — it turned out to be a user error
