Not possible to change tools on Area plot

The options to the GNN Haplotype plot (tseda.pages.gnnhaplotype.GNNHaplotype) state that tools should be "xpan", "xwheel" and so on, and yet the default tools show up. The plot is of type NdOverlay. This could be an upstream bug.
