Unable to install

Hi 

Just cloned the repository and did a

```
python setup.py build
python setup.py install
```

However I can find no executable anywhere

I also tried

`pip install rMETL`

It seems to install an egg file, but again, I can see no executable. Can you help? 

I should add, the tool worked fine until last December, so the above must be due to some recent change. Thank you!
