Cannot claim TORN vouchers

I have tried using Frame and Metamask to claim my TORN vouchers and both pop up errors when I try:

This leads me to think the issue is on the Tornado side rather than an issue with the wallets. Anyone know what the problem is here and how to solve it?

Edit: It may be useful to know when you are debugging this error that I am using a Ledger Nano S with Frame and Metamask.

we never tried testing with frame. Just try with metamask, it should work.

@rstormsf hello, thank you for the advice. However please read my post again. You'll notice it says I tested with Metamask and I included a screenshot of the Metamask error. I just tried again with Metamask, in both Firefox and Chrome browsers, and still get the same error.

I updated my first post on this issue to add that I am using a Ledger Nano S with up-to-date firmware and apps, and contract data enabled, in combination with Frame and Metamask when I experience these errors. (To be clear, Frame is closed when I am testing Metamask and vice versa, to ensure there is no conflict between these apps.)
