Add maintainers to project

It seems like this project is no longer maintained. Would you give it to some new maintainers?

The project owner has not made any contributions across Github for over a year, and I suspect this project is considered abandoned. On the same note, an upcoming Instagram API deprecation has been announced in favor of the Instagram Graph API: https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2018/01/30/instagram-graph-api-updates

I suspect another developer may need to just start a new npm package focused on the new replacement API with migration instructions.
