style.compiled.css doesn't update when imported stylesheets are edited

There's not much we can do about it. This feature is not in LESSphp. I guess we could build it ourselves, but do we really need it?

When developing (so when in the develop environment) it always force a recompile.

There is a partial fix for this, see leafo/lessphp#312.

This allows us to insert an array of files that might have changed. However, this array is not based on the actual imports, it is based on an array we provide. So we could implement this fix and use our LESS files. When new LESS files are added, we would have to add them to this array.
