TrustyAI brand housekeeping

TrustyAI project has been created under a kie.org community but now it is independent, there are some housekeeping activities still missing related with this:

• Rename trustyai-explainability org as trustyai
• Create trustyai.github.io entry page
• Rename the groupId of TrustyAI core Java artifacts from org.kie.* to io.github
• Publish TrustyAI core library to Maven Central (and include this in the release process)
• KIE to Apache foundation:
  • OptaPlanner has moved to Apache foundation so we need to update the dependency
  • In parallel we should make sure OptaPlanner API are properly wrapped in the explainer code to avoid exposing it to users and minimise the risk of breaking changes
  • Update https://kogito.kie.org/trustyai page to link the new website (site source code)
