SMTP Configuration directly from settings

It would be awesome and way easier to be able to setup SMTP directly from settings.

Adding to what Florian said.

1. Make sure that IS_CONFIG_VARIABLES_IN_DB_ENABLED=true is enabled, which is the default now unless you are running an older version.
2. Restart the server/worker.

After that, you should be able to edit the SMTP + most the setting from the Admin panel.
