For the fields, I need several validation mechanisms, including:

- Date Field: Should not accept past dates.
- Text Field: Should have minimum and maximum length restrictions.
- Number Field: Should support decimals and rounding options.
- Select Field: Should allow integration with external APIs for dynamic data.
- Custom Validation: Support for JavaScript-based custom validation logic.
- Custom Error Messages: Ability to define user-friendly error messages.

For reference, check out the Form.io builder, its pretty old but it still worthy:

Consider the description example as a scenario only, there are so much of scenarios, we may face
Validations can be dynamic, and fields in the object should support both default values and calculated values. A calculated value is derived from other fields. For example, if we have three fields— firstName, lastName, and fullName—the fullName should automatically be calculated as firstName + lastName. Similarly, calculations should also support numeric operations, such as adding two number fields together.

Additionally, we require an Edit Grid component in the Form Builder to enable more advanced data entry and customization.

Hey, this one is a tricky one that will probably take months to build correctly. It's definitely on the roadmap but I'll convert this to a discussion for now as we need to go through design/product spec with @Bonapara before we get into any code
