Bump tmp, eslint and xo

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [eslint](https://github.com/eslint/eslint) and [xo](https://github.com/xojs/xo). These dependencies need to be updated together.
