Adding example to explain how to use with @tiptap/extension-mention Svelte

The website has some mention that the tiptap can be used with Svelte, however except the basic usage (https://tiptap.dev/docs/editor/getting-started/install/svelte) I can't find how to use the @tiptap/extension-mention
