I've tried to reinstall windows guest tools, of course. I've tried 4.7.5 and 5.0.x, but that makes no difference. The VM is QEMU 10.0 ARM. |

I have a windows VM that's running some servers and stuff (I'm developing software which are using legacy servers, I'm not running servers for other people). The VM is an ARM64 running windows 11. It runs a lot of legacy software that's hard to install because of authorizations and so forth, so I rather not want to nuke it and start over.
My problem with this VM is that the mouse stopped working at some point (maybe 6 months ago), and I can't get it to work again. There is one server which I'm not able to configure because it requires a mouse.
Has anyone experienced this? How do I get my mouse back?
As a workaround, I plug in an external mouse, and let the VM share it, and that works, but it's extremely inconvenient. How can I get my normal mac trackpad to work as a mouse in the VM again?
