Not that I know of - You might need to make it yourself. Some of my presets go for the same "look" but usually the look in the video is used in more unauthentic videos. Yet there could be one that looks like this. You would most likely want to replicate the RCA camcorder - specifically the one that the Hitachi VT-680MA uses (RCA). Although one thing that I would omit from the preset is that blue color - no camcorder was blue unless they forcefully messed up the white balance.

I wish I could - a few months ago my hardrive with the presets died. When I get it to my data center I can 100% send them to you but that wont be for a while - in the meantime, I do have most of my good presets posted on here.
