Yes. Although, you would need a small resolution and a lot of digital compression. for the effect, I'd recommend lowering the bandwidth, adding a hint of chroma noise, and some edge weave. just like I mentioned in #369, see my guide at #140. Good luck @Iwasnotfound595! |
