Availability Zone flag not working?

I have an availability zone in my OpenStack cluster called 'central-red-v0-linux'. but when I specify
--availability-zone central-red-v0-linux
or
--availability-zone "central-red-v0-linux"
in my cutover command, the VM does not come up in that AZ. I don't receive any errors, it just seems to ignore the AZ flag.

availability zone option is not added to the Server create code in the openstack/client.go code. This is only added to the volumes that are created.
if you need it then update the code to add the availability zone in openstack/client.go .

Indeed does seem like a bug, please send a PR if this is important, otherwise if you are a customer just send in a ticket and we'll push in a fix.
