We should do an editorial run through and link up all the defined terms in the Model section, then sent a PR to link those terms:
- Credential request
- Digital credential
- Exchange protocol
- Issuance protocol
- Issuance request
- Issuance request data
- Issuance response
- Presentation request
- Presentation response
- Protocol identifier
- Request coordinator
- Request data
Can probably just assign co-pilot to do it as the changes are purely editorial.
