Unclear UI response after user uses the assign tester function in the Manage Bot Run dialog

After a bot run, a user was trying to assign a new bot run back to himself. The "Assign to myself" wasn't enabled after the bot run completed, and then when he clicked it, it took a while before he got any kind of feedback indicating the assignment worked.

In other cases where the system takes time to respond to a request, such as advancing a plan to the next phase or finalizing a report, a message dialog appears while the system is working. Perhaps that would be a possible resolution to this issue.
