Consider adding contribution guidelines?

The idea of pooling work on behaviours just came up in an IIPC crawl. I came here are realized that some brief contribution notes might help make it clear if you want contributions to behaviours and how you'd like them done, etc.

I think that's an excellent idea! I have been keeping some notes for a guide on writing behaviors.

Perhaps this is also an area where we can start to address some of the governance issues that are relevant for many of the Webrecorder tools?
