'Randomly Pause and Play' page is not working

Chrome Version : 63.0.3239.26 / 10032.21.0 dev
OS: Chrome

Steps :
Open https://webrtc.github.io/test-pages/src/pause-play/

Expected result:
Page should display 'Play' and 'Pause' buttons and clicking on them should allow user to play and pause accordingly

Actual result:

1. Page displays "Pause Play test Status:not-started". There are no other links or buttons
2. There are no errors in javascript console

The test runner is not starting somehow. this has to be fixed. Especially It addresses the bug with 50 participant meeting, this is something needed and should be regularly tested.
