open a file in Neovim of iTerm

what should I do if I want to open a file in Neovim of iTerm .

it can't work correct after changing to this " ruby vim.rb "$1" "nvim" "iTerm""

I don't use iTerm. The AppleScript code for Terminal isn't compatible with iTerm2. You can try to change the AppleScript code inside the backticks. PR is welcome!
