How to hide keyboard when it is out of focus

I want to hide hide keyboard when tap outside input keyboard.dismiss does not work how can I hide keyboard

Thanks! do you just wrap the touchableWithoutFeedback around the whole component that renders the rich text editor and give it a lower zIndex than the RTE but higher than the surrounding elements?
