I have now modified the ideal gas equation to update properties such as temperature and density through table interpolation. However, after calculating the wall temperature for a period of time on the upper and lower walls of the channel, the density field displayed in Paraview is very discontinuous. What could be the reason for this?

Hello, if you are using the low Mach number model then try merging this pull request into your code #249 and see if the problem persists.
