MJPEG getting stuck after some frames sent

Hey,

The joy after fixing #65 was short after I discovered that MJPEG is now broken after upgrading ESP Async WebServer to 3.9.1 - the stream starts and some frames get sent (sometimes 5, sometimes 100), and then the stream simply stops until the connection gets closed by the browser. The stats are then printed to the console as usual:

109809] MjpegResponse(0x3ffdf5c8) deleted after 34 frames at fps 2.563136

Note the fps 2.563136 that was calculated for 34 frames sent reasonably fast and then nothing for a while.

I started to revert versions one by one and it worked again after I went back to 3.8.1 (but now there is #65 back).

I just flashed the same code to another chip and that started hanging again. Interestingly it only gets stuck at resolution 96x96. For MJPEG I only get this:

When this happens then no format (not even a Still JPEG) can be requested, until I change the resolution to at least 160x120, and then all formats work again.

Unfortunately I've updated a number of libraries lately so I can't restore my environment to that previous fully working state (I'm quite sure it all has worked before). It was only recently that I found a way to list all used libraries and started keeping track of what I'm flashing.

But I've also noticed another strange behavior - up to 480x320 I get less than 3 fps, and from 640x480 it gets to 12 fps (slowly going down as I increase further). Really strange why it's so slow on lower resolutions ...
