Transfer zappfish domain ownership to Sabrina

We'd like to transfer domain ownership for zappfish.org to @sabrinatoro so it's centralized under her as PI. Once the transfer happens she can then grant access to any developers that need it. i.e. @kevinschaper and @ptgolden
