Make zen.folders.owned-tabs-in-folder default or give a toggle in the settings so folders open new links in the same folder

I hope this makes sense. Basically when you middle click a tab with folders, it goes below in the general tab area. I found out about this thanks to Reddit, and it's much better. https://www.reddit.com/r/zen_browser/comments/1n34tpt/open_tabs_inside_folders/

Yes ! Coming from the Vivaldi browser, which had a similar feature called "tab stacks", opening new tabs from within a stack would place it in the same stack.

It's very annoying, while browsing a tab inside a folder, to have to manually place every newly opened tabs back inside this folder.
