I'm still trying to find the catalyst but wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue.
I'm experiencing soft deadlocks where the app freezes up completely for sometimes 5 minutes. It typically happens after having left the browser otherwise idle for a couple hours and while it has video streams going from Twitch. As soon as I try to do something with the browser it freezes up. Open a window, tab, a refresh, etc. This has been happening for a few releases now. All of 1.11, 1.12, and now 1.13.
I'm on Linux Mint latest. I've tried both the AppImage and Flatpak releases with a fresh config/profile. I don't have any odd extensions installed but I have disabled them all in an attempt to narrow things down. It not a RAM availability issue. The system is otherwise fine as well.
I'm attempting to reproduce with normal Firefox but given how long it can take to manifest it has been difficult getting like for like setup.
