mimxrt700_evk xspi(memc) canot work properly

Describe the bug

Example gets stuck in XSPI_ReadBlocking during memc init and never goes to main if setting the CONFIG_MEMC=y

Regression

• This is a regression.

Steps to reproduce

1. Build and run the example "west build -p always -b mimxrt700_evk/mimxrt798s/cm33_cpu0 samples/hello_world -d test_rt700_hello -DCONFIG_MEMC=y"
2. The example gets stuck in XSPI_ReadBlocking during memc init

Functional Limitation – Some features not working as expected, but system usable.
