Change: auth flow

We need to update the current CLI basic authentication flow to use the node-sdk. Reducing duplication of that logic and ensure we have a consistent and known location with which to test it.

In addition to this we need to add MFA auth support within the CLI. This will be dependent upon the completion of zesty-io/node-sdk#44
