When the Milvus CDC tool consumes Kafka messages, does it start from the latest or the earliest? Can this consumption strategy be selected?

If I configure a CDC task between two clusters now, and the collection table structures between Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 are the same, how should I configure it appropriately if I only want to synchronize data from the latest generated insert operations and other operations?
