Hi, firstly, this is very cool. I found it today and am using it on a WordPress + Composer project.

I wonder if this action could do one of the following:

• Output a a sarif file, so the the results can be viwed in GitHub's CodeQL UI.
• Or, output the results, structured or otherwise, as an action output. So that they perhaps could be transformed into a sarif file by a proceeding step.
