Adds light-ocr to the inference category.
light-ocr is an Apache-2.0 offline OCR toolkit for Node.js and C++ based on PP-OCRv6 and ONNX Runtime, with optional hardware acceleration. The entry uses a 97-character factual description and six discoverability tags.
