Adds Weixin Codex Bridge as an open-source integration.\n\nThe project is an actively maintained, MIT-licensed, local WeChat-to-Codex bridge with default-deny roles, isolated sessions/workspaces, and durable SQLite-backed message delivery. Local validation passes with
