Also reject >16-bit in avifParsePixelInformationProperty() to avoid returning the wrong AVIF_RESULT_OUT_OF_MEMORY error code later. Add test.
Avoids a debug assertion failure at satoDepth!=0 later on. It is compared with av1C depth in avifDecoderItemValidateProperties() for coded items anyway.
