- Refactor to ZTS globals for FrankenPHP initial support
- Update Action.cpp to use SAPI headers directly for ZTS compatibility
- Replace C++17 structured bindings with iterator loops for compatibility
- Add FrankenPHP detection and installation support
- Add thread ID logging support
