Here's stats regarding applying this rule to the AliceO2 repo, I took AliceO2/Framework/Core/src directory as an example:

Total LOC: 13706
Modified LOC when applied clang-format(Cpp11BracedListStyle: false): 820
Modified LOC when applied clang-format(Cpp11BracedListStyle: true): 1528
