This PR fixes some compatibility issues between Legacy and 3x2pt script (most notably re-implements the make_cosmosis_nz for 3x2pt), and some psi-stats names.
Other fixes include mostly fixes to the OneCov constructor for 3x2pt, some fixes in deprecated behaviours in some python scripts, and better handling of commented lines in files read by python.
