Summary
Routine post-release sync. Now that 0.11.1 has merged to
main(#1040) and the signed0.11.1tag has been pushed, maincarries three commits thatdevelopdoes not: the changelog entry, the regenerated POT, and the version bumps. This PR mergesmainback intodevelopso the two branches match anddevelopreflects the shipped 0.11.1 state, as required by step 9 ofRELEASE_PROCESS.md.There is nothing new to review here:
developis a direct ancestor ofmain, so this is a clean fast-forward, and every commit was already reviewed on its way in (the release chore via #1040, and the functional work in the PRs it batched). The PR exists only becausedeveloprequires changes to arrive through one.
