Note: This Repo is no longer actively maintained, please visit Azure Region Selection Toolkit for the latest version hosted in a new GitHub repo. We're in the process of moving the toolkit to a new home (repo) as part of a wider investment in region selection toolkit and associated processes. As part of this move we need to freeze the code located here to allow us to work from the new location.
Welcome to the Azure to Azure Migration Toolkit repository! This toolkit is intended to facilitate migration of workloads between Azure regions. The initiative is based on the documentation provided in the Move across regions articles, which outline the process end to end, albeit with a lot of manual activities involved. The goal of this toolkit is to automate as much of the process as possible, making it easier for customers to migrate their workloads.
Please note that the tooling in this GitHub repository is currently in development and may be subject to frequent changes and updates. This means that the functionality and features of the tooling may change without notice. As such, you are advised to ensure that it is tested thoroughly in a test environment before considering moving to production.
We would love to hear feedback or questions regarding the tooling. To get in touch with us, feel free to create an issue here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
