Self explanatory, add a redirect to user profile to easily check them out instead of having to type their name in the search bar, the rest of places in the website work like this already.
The change can obviously be simplified if it will always be guaranteed that only users with discordId are able to vote (the link is conditional right now so this code doesn't break in case the rule of "must be logged in with discord to vote" changes).
