donateStreamField block that embeds the CommitChange form.designation→data-designation, so gifts are recorded under that fundamounts→data-custom-amounts(the shared widget previously useddata-amounts, which CommitChange doesn't document)Includes migrations for blog, events and home body fields, plus a render test.
