/api/search defaults to the PanTS dataset, so the hero stat showed 9,901 instead of the full library. Query dataset=all for the combined total (~32,768) and set the fallback constant to match.

Hero 'CT Volumes' showed 9,901 because /api/search defaults to the PanTS dataset. Query dataset=all for the full library total (PanTS 9,901 + CancerVerse 22,867 = 32,768); fallback constant updated to match.
Medical Centers (145) and Annotated Structures (993K+) have no live API endpoint (facets only expose dataset/manufacturer/phase/age/year), so they stay curated constants. Organ Classes is already derived from segmentation_categories.
