Retain verified v0.9.0 whole-corpus results and controls

The v0.9.0 whole-corpus execution now has 33 verified controls and 84 verified serial groups. This evidence-only PR retains all fresh results and native captures before a separate freeze and publication PR.

Key Changes:

• Retain 92 normalized report partitions and 4,252 rows for the registered 1,108-case population. Preserve 1,309 reached, 1,472 not-reached, 579 inconclusive, 891 unsupported and one runner-error outcome. The Swift CodeQL runner-error retains missing exact endpoints; no outcome was retried or reinterpreted.
• Preserve all attempt captures, configuration/build/runtime provenance, controls, claim ledger and supervision records. Raw database bytes remain hash-bound; earlier failed attempts and historical freezes remain unchanged.

Validation: all 84 original group receipts and 33 control receipts passed the existing exact contract/capture/report verifiers. Case and report validation passed, including 92 reports and 76 configuration checks with zero known-stale hashes. Five receipt-verifier and five release-gate regression tests passed. Git blob hashes are audited against the retained capture inventories before delivery. This PR does not create a freeze, tag or published result.
